MATRICS Consensus Cognitive Battery for Clinical Trials, Beta Version

This table lists the Neurocognition Committee's mean rankings of the tests in the beta version of the MATRICS Consensus Cognitive Battery for Clinical Trials. A score of "1" is the best. The Committee ranked the tests based on data for each test from the MATRICS Psychometric and Standardization Study (PASS) relevant to the test selection criteria announced earlier. Members of the Committee who had any financial interest in a test, or who were developers of a test, recused themselves from discussion and rankings in the relevant domain. These rankings are made within each cognitive domain, and they will be used to determine the composition of the final core battery. For most of the domains (except for Working Memory and Speed of Processing), only one test will be included in the core consensus battery. The final composition of the battery will depend on reaching appropriate agreements for licensing and distribution of tests with the respective test developers and publishers. Once these agreements have been reached, the final consensus battery will be posted on the MATRICS website.
